		<description>From what I&#039;ve seen Microsoft seems to be responsive to developers and complaints that have been made about the Marketplace (ultimatly resulting in adjustments to the Marketplace documentation).  Perhaps you should post this in the Marketplace forum. In a worst case scenario it could be ignoreed but in the best case scenario it could result in a change to the Marketplace rules
